At XTRA GIFT CARD, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the digital nature of our products, returns are generally only processed for unredeemed or defective codes. Please review our guidelines below to initiate a claim within 14 days of your purchase.
Return Process

Ensure your gift card code has not been redeemed or revealed, as fully accessed digital assets are ineligible for return under our security policy.
- 2.Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- 3.Technical Review
Our team will verify the status of the digital code with the issuing retailer to confirm its validity and balance.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the code is verified as unredeemed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement card within 3-5 business days.
